All About Beautiful Stages Wellness Program
The Beautiful Stages Wellness Workshops are ITAV Wellness’s signature program—created to honor, support, and uplift Black mothers and birthing individuals during the postpartum period. Rooted in cultural affirmation, trauma-informed care, and holistic wellness, these workshops are designed to promote healing, joy, and connection throughout every stage of early motherhood.
Each workshop cohort supports up to 10 participants through a curated experience that includes:
-
Quarterly In-Person Wellness Events such as:
-
A Valentine’s Day Celebration featuring self-love rituals, massages, and mindfulness practices
-
A Mother’s Day Photo Shoot with professional makeovers and edited portraits
-
A Back-to-School Workshop on choosing high-quality childcare and advocating for your child’s success
-
An End-of-Year Graduation Dinner, a black-tie celebration with family, food, and affirmations
-
-
Virtual Learning Modules on postpartum wellness, advocacy, mindfulness, and emotional resilience
-
Bi-Weekly Peer Support Groups led by certified WRAP facilitators and wellness coaches
-
Individualized Wellness Plans and Resource Navigation, including case management and connections to doulas, therapists, lactation support, and more
-
Wellness Bundles including self-care kits, yoga mats, journals, calming tools, and more
These workshops center the lived experiences of Black women and birthing people, creating space to heal from trauma, celebrate identity, and build sustainable wellness practices.
