PEER SUPPORT CIRCLES
Healing-centered, community-driven circles for mothers and parents and families.
Our Peer Support Circles are safe, sacred spaces where mothers and birthing people can share, heal, learn, and connect with others who truly understand their journey.
Facilitated by trained peer specialists with lived experience, our circles center the mental, emotional, and cultural realities of Black and Brown mothers and families.
WHAT PEER SUPPORT WILL LOOK LIKE
Depending on enrollment and community needs, we may offer:
Beautiful Stages Wellness Workshops — a structured healing and empowerment program for pregnant and postpartum mothers, featuring mindfulness, emotional resilience, self-care, community connection, creative healing activities, and wellness tools. Focused on emotional wellbeing, identity shifts, birth processing, anxiety, and finding balance.
3. Young Mothers Empowerment Circle (ages 13–24)
A safe space for teen and young adult moms to receive guidance, mentorship, and community.
4. Fathers & Partners Circle
